Capital at work. Markets in motion.
Every market needs a house.
Wall Street has its market makers. Onchain finance is getting its own. Trading fees on $RES become the House's capital, that capital is put to work as liquidity in tokenized markets, and 15% of realized profit is distributed to holders in USDG.
Status
Pre-launch. The vault is not yet deployed, no capital is at work, and nothing has been audited. Every figure on this site is live or zero.
A new financial system needs its own capital.
Stocks are moving onchain. So are funds, commodities, and entirely new classes of financial assets.
But listing an asset is only the beginning. Markets need liquidity. They need capital willing to take the other side of a trade. They need depth to support activity as participation grows.
That is the business Resident is entering. We intend to build one of the defining liquidity institutions of onchain finance — not by waiting for the market to mature, but by helping provide the capital it needs to get there.
The House puts capital to work.
Resident is built as a liquidity business powered by $RES. The model connects token trading activity to capital deployment, and profitable liquidity operations to holder distributions.
- 01
Capital formation
Trading fees generated by $RES finance the House's liquidity operations. There is no raise and no outside treasury: capacity is set by the token's own turnover.
- 02
Market participation
Capital is deployed into selected liquidity positions on Robinhood Chain. Solana is designed for and not yet built, so it is an intention rather than a venue.
- 03
Realized profits
Revenue comes from those positions, subject to trading performance, market conditions, and the risks that go with providing liquidity. Profit is booked only when it is realized.
- 04
Holder participation
15% of realized profits are distributed to $RES holders in USDG. The split is a constant in the contract, and the contract will not pay out more than it has earned.
One token. One liquidity operation. A share in realized performance.
$RES is a token. Distributions are a token-based economic benefit — not equity, not ownership, and not a claim on Resident's assets or on the 85% retained as working capital.
The next Wall Street is being built onchain.
And someone has to provide the liquidity.
Imagine a financial system where thousands of equities, ETFs, commodities and digital assets trade around the clock.
Every market represents a potential demand for capital. Every new trading venue expands the opportunity. Every increase in trading activity creates another reason for liquidity providers to exist.
Resident is positioning itself to serve that demand. The opportunity is not one market. It is the markets that come next.
House positions
No capital is at work yet.
When the House opens a position, it appears here with its market, its size, its range and what it has earned — net of what the price move cost, which is the half most liquidity dashboards leave out. Until then this table is empty, and empty is the honest number.
$RES
The engine behind the House.
$RES powers Resident's capital formation. Trading activity generates fees that fund liquidity positions. Those positions are managed with the objective of generating realized profits.
A portion of those profits flows back to token holders, in USDG, with nothing to stake and nothing to claim.

Live figures, published whether or not they flatter. Nothing has been deployed, so every figure below is zero.
A house built for a much bigger market.
Resident begins with tokenized equities and onchain liquidity. Our ambition extends to the financial markets that follow.
As more assets become available onchain, Resident aims to expand its capital operations into new markets, new trading pairs and new opportunities.
The House grows by putting capital to work.
Resident intends to become a permanent participant in the onchain financial system. Not a passing trade. An institution.
The House is not open yet. The books already are.
Every threshold the desk trades on, every refusal it prints, and every risk it cannot mitigate is published before a dollar moves. Read it first. Decide after.
